Note: All permits for heavy vehicle Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 vehicle types must now apply to the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR). For more information, contact the NHVR on 1300 MYNHVR (1300 696 487) or www.nhvr.gov.au. Only permits for vehicles with a GVM less than 4.50t eg sedans, station wagons, light trucks, light tractors etc. can apply via EzyReg.

Important Notes for Vehicle Permit Renewal...
- A permit may be renewed PROVIDED all circumstances remain unchanged. A NEW PERMIT APPLICATION (FORM B) must be lodged if there are ANY changes, such as to:
- the route travelled,
- the owner of the permit vehicle,
- the participating vehicle units,
- the configuration type or any similar change, etc.
- Incomplete or false information will render this application void.
- In addition to this application, you may be required to submit further information on request from the Road Access Unit.
